Verdia works closely with Westpac to ensure that a solar or energy efficiency solution can be installed with no upfront cost and become cashflow positive from day one.

Westpac Energy Efficient Finance Program

Verdia manages Westpac’s Energy Efficient Finance Program. This exclusive agreement combines our energy expertise and network of leading energy equipment vendors, with financial know-how from the world’s most sustainable bank.

We work with the Westpac Group – including St George, BankSA, Bank of Melbourne and Capital Finance – to provide Australian businesses with access to tailored financial solutions for their energy saving projects.  These typically include solar PV (rooftop and ground mounted), LED lighting, HVAC, power factor correction, biogas, batteries, building monitoring systems, irrigation and other equipment that reduces energy use.

Westpac’s Energy Efficient Finance Program is supported by $200 million of funding from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation. This allows Westpac to offer finance at a 0.70% discount on the interest rate which would otherwise have applied.

If you are a business and would like to access Westpac finance, email Simon Drumm or call 0447 174 555 for more information or complete an Application Form.
