As CEO of Verdia, Paul is responsible for leading the company to deliver on its vision to transform the way society uses and manages energy. He has significant experience supporting corporate, government and commercial clients to improve business performance. Paul has also established a number of high impact specialty finance businesses.
He was formerly Managing Partner, GVP Capital Advisors; Senior Partner and National Leader of Deloitte Australia's Middle Market Advisory Practice; CEO of Opportunity International Australia; and an Associate Partner for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Frank is responsible for finance, strategy, M&A and all operations at Verdia as well as for the overall relationship with Westpac. Frank has over 20 years of strategy, corporate development and business leadership experience.
As former Group Head of Strategy for Westpac, he led the Group strategy team, was responsible for strategic planning, and advised on portfolio decisions, target setting and business unit strategies across the organisation.
Frank also headed up Westpac's Self-Service business. Before joining Westpac, Frank had a successful career as a strategy consultant with A.T. Kearney in Australia and Germany.
David's team is responsible for Verdia's Project Advisory business, designing and supporting delivery of complex, single- or multi-site distributed energy generation and energy efficiency programs and projects for commercial, industrial and government clients.
With 20 years' leadership experience in business development and project management, David brings a deep understanding of energy and infrastructure to his role at Verdia. As former commercial project manager for Ingenero, David delivered several of Australia's largest and most innovative solar projects. David is also the former Head of Business Development for Octillion Power Systems in Australia, a leading global energy storage company.
Kevin provides leadership of Verdia's specialist asset finance team and is responsible for Verdia's Solar and Energy Equipment Partner Program.
Kevin brings almost 20 years of leadership experience to his role at Verdia. He spent 10 years in a variety of management positions at GE, before moving into the solar energy industry as general manager of a rooftop solar finance provider. He then established SunPower Corporation's consumer and asset finance businesses. Kevin has held a number of executive directorship roles across the solar and energy industries.
Andrew's team is responsible for driving cost-effective, high-quality projects for Verdia's clients, with minimal disruption to business as usual. This includes Verdia's asset management platform, which ensures that systems continue to deliver the expected results for our customers, long into the future.
Andrew's career spans almost 20 years in operations leadership roles for energy and telecommunications firms. As General Manager, Operations, at Ingenero, he managed the design and implementation of all residential and commercial solar installations in the Asia-Pacific region, including designing and delivering the largest rooftop PV installation in Australia, for the University of Queensland.
Immediately prior to joining Verdia, Andrew was Head of Operations and SCM for Sun Edison Australia and New Zealand, where he was responsible for all operational, procurement and supply chain activities; and managed delivery and customer service for all Sun Edison's customers, from residential to commercial, industrial and utility.
As General Manager, Regions, Doug is responsible for leading and developing Verdia's business operations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Doug brings 20 years of energy, infrastructure and mining industry experience to his role at Verdia.
Doug has previously held positions spanning leadership, business development and project management, including Project Director and Senior Project Manager on major infrastructure projects in the power and water industries; and senior management positions in the power consulting industry.
In his most recent role, Doug was Senior Business Development Manager for a leading provider of clean and remote energy solutions in Australia, where he developed captive power projects for resource and government clients.
Prior to that, Doug was Regional Manager - Power, at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where he established the business and grew it significantly over three years. As a former Senior Project Manager at LinkWater Projects, Doug delivered a $1.3 billion water pipeline program for the Queensland Government; he has also delivered numerous co- and tri-generation projects with Coffey Projects in Australia and Cogenco in the UK.
